Our mission is to educate and assist low-income families with becoming more pro-active and productive citizens that
will implement improved life skills as well as public administration knowledge to advocate within their homes and their
community.
Our Vision
It is our vision to sustain and increase family resources that will minimize the negative elements from our neighborhoods
& community. Our Life Enhancement Action Planning (L.E.A.P.) Program will provide an avenue of hope for family development,
employment opportunities and support our community's enrichment.
